Join our two flight attendants as they take you on a journey that slips seamlessly between the everyday and the poetic. Brace yourself for a playful, yet poignant flight in this beautiful duet for Candoco Dance Company from New Art Club’s Tom Roden. Danced with charm and cheek, the two performers interweave full-bodied dancing with spoken word, gesture and British Sign Language.

About the company
Candoco Dance Company is an internationally-renowned dance company of disabled and non-disabled dancers, founded in 1991. The company is driven by the understanding that diversity is exciting, and dance is richer when different bodies and perspectives are part of its creation. Candoco exists to continually expand perceptions of what dance can be and who can do it.
Hugely diverse in the range of styles presented through its repertoire, the company’s past productions include pieces by Yasmeen Godder, Javier de Frutos, Lea Anderson, Arlene Phillips, Hetain Patel and Alexander Whitley. Candoco’s dancers were also the first to perform a contemporary piece alongside Strictly Come Dancing’s professionals on a much applauded results show in 2018. #whatdancecanbe.
