A truck arrives in Silvertown from an unknown location loaded with a mystery shipment. As the sides roll up, a strange and unstoppable process is set into motion. This contemporary sci-fi dance show reveals a world where the normal rules don’t apply. Created in the Royal Docks by the makers of Motor Show, (GDIF 2012) this extraordinary new outdoor production, takes audiences into a surreal visual and aural experience enhanced with 360 sound on personal headsets.

Site Access
There is level access to the performance locations. Some moments of shingles, and euromatting to cover uneven areas.
Viewing area
A priority area for disabled audiences will be marked with a sign or flag. Space for wheelchair users, and a variety of seating options will be available.

Blue Badge Parking on site. Please contact the box office with the time and date of your performance and your registration plate. Cars cannot be kept on site before or after the performance.
Public parking is best around the excel centre, please check your parking & if it needs to be paid this is not the responsibility of GDIF.

Future Cargo uses headsets to create a 360° sound. Audio Description available for every performance.
This is a free ticketed show. Please include all members of your party, including companions or Personal Assistants in your booking. Please inform Box Office of your access requirements.
Where to find it
Future Cargo will be performed in the Royal Docks, London.
Meet outside Pontoon Dock DLR Station, E16 2GL, where GDIF volunteers will be on hand to direct to the site.
Site open from 7pm. We recommend arriving early.
About the company
REQUARDT&ROSENBERG was established to create dance performance away from the auditorium and studio either in outdoor locations or within temporary structures. Their desire is to make performances that are highly visible, unique events in order to engage a wide audience in a distinctive format.
REQUARDT&ROSENBERG combine both the spectacle of large scale dance performances and the delicate integrity and intimacy of the audience experience through binaural sound.
