Ahead of the launch of Greenwich Peninsula’s eagerly anticipated new Design District, this visually and aurally stunning promenade performance brings together dance, technology, costume, and music. Join three strikingly costumed figures with in-built sound as they take over the public spaces through which they move and invite you to become part of the chorus by using your phone.

About the artist

The Lost Opera is a collaboration between artist Ashley Peevor, Choreographer Nikki Watson (CODA Dance) and creative technologist Simon Symons (Muio).

Ashley is a visual artist and performer and has been working internationally for over 10 years. This includes exhibitions and commissions in USA, Germany, Portugal, Ireland and extensively in the UK.

Nikki is Founder and Artistic Director of CoDa and Artistic Director of Green Shoes Arts, an established charity inspiring communities in Barking & Dagenham to make positive change through the arts. Watson is also an independent consultant for East London Dance, an artist mentor for Barbican and a performer and artist for Rhiannon Faith.

Steve is a sound artist, maker and performer known for an innovative series of sonic augmented reality projects and as a member of the award winning Owl Project. He is a resident at the Pervasive Media Studio and has been exhibiting and performing since 1997.
